Channel Partner – Terms & Conditions1. The Channel Partner is required to inform the developer/promoter in advance before bringing any prospective customer to the project site.2. Channel Partner commissions shall be payable strictly in accordance with the applicable policies of the developer/promoter and subject to successful realization of the customer's payment.3. Prices, availability, specifications, layouts, amenities, project details, and other related information are subject to change without prior notice.4. Any promotional offer or incentive mentioned shall be valid only for the specified period and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at the sole discretion of the developer/promoter.5. All offers and incentives shall be applicable only to eligible bookings made through an authorized Channel Partner and shall be subject to the approval and applicable terms of the developer/promoter.6. Customers are advised to independently verify all project-related information, approvals, documentation, pricing, terms and conditions with the developer/promoter before making any booking or payment.7. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency, the terms and conditions of the developer/promoter shall prevail.8. All applicable taxes, statutory charges, government levies, registration charges, and other applicable costs shall be borne and payable as per prevailing regulations and applicable terms.
